Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox are her parents. Lennox, who studied for three year in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. The budget of her was augmented by a stipend to students and part-time work. Lennox did not feel happy with the quality of her abilities compared to other students at Royal Academy and began looking to find alternative routes. Lennox began her career in 1976 when she joined the band Dragons Playground. However she left before the band went on I.T.V.s talent show New Faces. Her main role was as The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. It was here that she met Dave Stewart and together they created The duo Eurythmics. Lennox was then able to begin work on her solo debut album Diva that was out around 1992. Both commercially as well as critically the album was a massive hit. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album came out in October of 2014. The C.D. Lennox chose her favourite blues and soul tracks. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four songs that were improvised by piano, which Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. She released her first solo album in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled "Now I'm letting You Go." Annie Lennox is a Scottish musician and singer who was born on the 25th of December 1954. After a brief success as a member of the band called The Tourists in the late 1970s, Lennox and co-musician Dave Stewart went on to gain international recognition as the pop duo Eurythmics in the 1980s. Lennox started her own solo music career in 1992 through an album titled Diva. The album featured a variety of famous songs like Walking on Broken Glass and Why. Medusa the 1995 studio album, features covers of songs like No MoreILove Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. Six solo studio albums as well as a compilation album, are to her credit.
